No. If you already have a cleaner, a plant supplier, or any other vendor you’re happy with, keep them. We manage the relationship on your behalf and fold them into your consolidated invoice. If you need us to source someone, we have the network to find the right fit.
Pricing is based on the services you need and the size and frequency of your office requirements. We charge a monthly management fee that covers coordination, vendor oversight, and your single point of contact. There are no lock-in contracts for ad hoc services and our standard agreement runs on a 12-month term with 30 days notice to exit. Get in touch and we will put together a proposal tailored to your setup.
We currently service businesses across Australia, with a primary focus on the east coast. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, get in touch and we will let you know.
In most cases we can be operational within two weeks of signing an agreement. The onboarding process involves a walkthrough of your office, an audit of your current vendors and services, and a handover plan so nothing falls through the gap.
That is fine. You do not need to take everything we offer. Some clients start with vendor management and cleaning only and add services as they grow. We build around what you actually need, not a fixed package.
